CorriHand Product Warranty

  1. Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Corrihand hand tools purchased directly from Corrihand or authorised retailers.

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

  • This warranty is provided for the repair or replacement of the defective tool at no additional cost to the customer, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Warranty Period:

  • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other documentation) is required to make a claim.

3. What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the tool.

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use and conditions.

4. What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the tool.

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, wear on edges, handle, and finishes.

  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs.

  • Tools that have been used for purposes other than its intended use.

  • Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the tool.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  • Contact Corrimate customer service at Corrihand@outlook.com to initiate a warranty claim. You will need to provide:

    • Proof of purchase.

    • A description of the defect or issue.

    • Photographs or video evidence of the defect, if applicable.

  • If the claim is approved, Corrihand will provide instructions for returning the tool. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Corrihand for valid warranty claims.

6. Repair or Replacement:

  • Upon receipt of the defective tool, Corrihand will inspect the tool to determine if it is covered under this warranty.

  • If the tool is found to be defective, it will be replaced with a new tool.

  • If a replacement tool is no longer available, Corrihand reserves the right to offer a similar tool or a refund at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the extent permitted by law, Corrihand’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the tool, or the refund of the purchase price, at Corrihand’s discretion.

  • Corrihand is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of time, or loss of income.

9. Changes to Warranty:

  • Corrihand reserves the right to amend or modify this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the date of the amendment.
